Privacy

DailyPlan is operated by MB Skydis (company code 303087006), Perkunkiemio g. 53, LT-12144 Vilnius, for the dailyplan.co website and Android app. Contact [email protected] for privacy requests.

What we store

We store your account email, timezone, daily plans, recordings, transcripts, and other capture content needed to create your plan. We also store trial dates, subscription status, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Plans and account data live in Google Cloud Firestore. Recordings are stored in private Cloud Storage until processed.

If you choose to continue with Google, Firebase Authentication receives your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture, to create or sign in to your DailyPlan account.

How processing works

Recordings are sent to Groq for speech-to-text. Transcripts, capture content, and relevant plan items are sent to OpenAI to create clear plan items or suggest priorities. Firebase hosts the app, authentication, database, storage, and background jobs. European Firebase regions do not mean OpenAI or Groq process data only in Europe. We set OpenAI store: false where supported; that is not a promise of zero provider retention.

Payments

When you choose a subscription, Stripe receives the information needed to process and manage it, including your email, an account identifier, and the billing details you provide during checkout. DailyPlan stores subscription and payment status, but does not store your full card number. Stripe also provides the billing portal for managing your subscription. Optional advertising measurement

If you allow advertising cookies, Meta receives browser and cookie identifiers, public page visits, successful signup events, and verified payment amount/currency, including subscription renewals, to measure our ads. For consented server events we also send a hashed email and account identifier for matching. We keep your advertising choice with your account and check it before sending queued events; withdrawing consent stops future queued and renewal events. We do not include plans, recordings, transcripts, or form contents in these events. This tracking is disabled in the Android app and when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled.

Retention

A backup of a recording may stay in this browser’s local storage until the server confirms successful processing. This helps recover interrupted uploads. Successfully processed recordings are removed from local storage when the app receives that confirmation; deleting your account also clears DailyPlan’s local recordings on that device.

  • Successfully processed audio is deleted promptly, with a cleanup target of 24 hours.
  • Failed recordings may be kept up to 7 days for retry, then deleted.
  • Account deletion cancels your DailyPlan subscription and removes your Firestore data, Storage objects, and Auth user from DailyPlan. Stripe may retain transaction and billing records under its retention requirements. Provider backups or logs may persist for a limited period according to those providers.

To open your list faster, this browser can keep up to eight recently viewed daily lists for up to six hours. These copies are scoped to your account, refreshed from the server, invalidated when the app version changes, and cleared when you sign out. App code is cached separately to reduce downloads.

Permissions

Microphone access is requested when you start a recording or live conversation. Live audio and relevant saved items and transcripts are sent to OpenAI to answer questions and carry out your requested changes. We save live conversation transcripts and usage totals in your account, but do not retain a raw live-call audio recording. On Android, a foreground notification shows when the microphone remains active in the background; you can end the conversation from that notification. Live sessions automatically stop after three minutes without speech. There are no scheduled reminder notifications in this version.

Your choices

You can edit or delete plan items, and you can delete your account at /delete-account/. We do not sell your personal information or show advertising.
