Privacy

DailyPlan is operated for the dailyplan.co website and Android app. A verified legal entity name and postal address were not supplied at publication; contact info@mbskydis.com for privacy requests.

What we store

Your account email, timezone, daily plans, capture text, and—when you record—audio files. Plans and captures live in Google Cloud Firestore. Recordings are stored in private Cloud Storage until processed.

How processing works

Typed captures and transcripts are sent to OpenAI to turn them into plan items or to suggest priorities when you tap Prioritize. Recordings are sent to Groq for speech-to-text. Firebase hosts the app, authentication, database, storage, and background jobs. European Firebase regions do not mean OpenAI or Groq process data only in Europe. We set OpenAI store: false where supported; that is not a promise of zero provider retention.

Retention

• Successfully processed audio is deleted promptly, with a cleanup target of 24 hours.
• Failed recordings may be kept up to 7 days for retry, then deleted.
• Account deletion removes your Firestore data, Storage objects, and Auth user from DailyPlan. Provider backups or logs may persist for a limited period according to those providers.

Permissions

Microphone access is requested only when you start a recording. Audio is uploaded for AI transcription. There are no scheduled reminder notifications in this version.

Your choices

You can edit or delete plan items, and you can delete your account at /delete-account/. We do not sell your personal information or show advertising.
