The service

Record a thought whenever it arrives. DailyPlan uses AI to turn your recordings into short plan items with clear descriptions, so you can return to them throughout the day. You can edit your plan, adjust its priorities, and browse earlier days. Reminders stay visible in the plan; DailyPlan does not send scheduled alerts. AI can make mistakes, so check important names, dates, and details.

Accounts

You can create an account on the website with Google or with an email and password. Keep your sign-in details safe. We may enforce capture, recording, and prioritization limits.

Your first three days

You can try DailyPlan for three days without entering payment details. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription, and you will not be charged unless you choose a plan and complete checkout. After the trial, you can continue reading your saved plans. An active subscription is required to create new captures and use AI processing.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Available plans, their billing periods, and the amount due are shown after your trial and before you confirm checkout. Website payments are processed by Stripe; Android purchases use Google Play. A subscription renews at its selected billing interval until you cancel. You can manage payment details and cancel through the billing portal in your account. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Deleting your account also cancels its DailyPlan subscription and removes your saved plans. For billing questions or requests, contact [email protected]. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Live voice

Premium plans include a monthly allowance of live conversation minutes. Minutes count while connected, including pauses and assistant speech, and reset on the first day of each calendar month in UTC, including on yearly plans. Unused minutes do not roll over. The three-day trial includes five live minutes. The recording-only plan does not include live conversations after the trial. Sessions stop after three quiet minutes or after 30 connected minutes; you may restart while minutes remain. Phone calls, lost connectivity, or operating-system restrictions may end a session. Your saved transcript helps you pick up again.

Acceptable use

Do not use DailyPlan to harm others, attempt to access another account, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its AI providers.

Availability

Processing needs a network connection. If a recording has not uploaded, or you are offline, reopen DailyPlan to finish syncing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost plans, incorrect transcripts, or decisions you make from the plan.
